Diego Chevarria
Recognized by the National Institute of Fine Arts, Diego Chevarria is an accomplished musician who graduated with honors from the National Conservatory of Music in Mexico. He has performed at prestigious venues, including the National Museum of Art, the Palace of Fine Arts, and the National Palace. As a soloist, he has captured audiences with the Youth’s Philharmonic of Mexico City and the New Music Ensemble of the National University.
Diego has achieved notable success in international performance competitions earning prizes at renowned events such as the Amarante Guitar Festival in Portugal, Roosevelt University in Chicago, the University of Texas at Dallas, Mountain View College, and the Southwest Guitar Symposium. In 2023, he was awarded first prize at the San Antonio Summerfest Guitar Festival & Competition held at the Tobin Center for the Performing Arts.
Diego graduated with a Master’s degree in Instrumental Performance at the University of Texas at San Antonio, further enriching his musical journey and honing his exceptional talent.
