Fostering Musical Achievement

We offer music lessons in piano, string instruments, and vocal performance, all aimed at improving your form and making you a better musician. As a student here, you are surrounded by people who constantly challenge you to improve and innovate. It is difficult to imagine a more nurturing environment for fostering musical achievement in all levels of learners.

Strings (Violin, Cello, Viola)

Michael has performed nationally and internationally in renowned symphonies and he is known for his deep understanding of musical nuances and knowledge of the principals of sound production.

Dania began her musical studies at the National School of Music in Tegucigalpa, Honduras and she earned her Master’s degree in Instrumental Music Performance and Pedagogy at University of Texas San Antonio.

Amy is a violist with the San Antonio Philharmonic and has also performed with the Utah Symphony, Chicago Symphony, and the Fort Worth Symphony. Amy earned a BM in Viola Performance with the highest honors from the University of Michigan.

Piano

Betty has been a dedicated teacher of piano for about a decade. She graduated the National Conservatory of Music of Cuba in 2014 and has  performed with numerous ensembles throughout Cuba and became a sought-after accompanist.

Daniel was born in Texas and raised in Mexico. Daniel’s musical upbringing was heavily influenced by popular music in two languages. During his undergraduate studies at Texas A&M International University in 2015, Daniel won first place for the Laredo International Piano Competition.

Guitar

Evan was born in New Orleans, Louisiana and his early years were spent immersed in music – classical, jazz, rock, and more. He holds a Bachelor of Music degree in guitar performance from UTSA, graduating with the highest honors. He is excited to share his passion for music with all his students.

Carlos is an accomplished music educator with over two decades of experience. He is a graduate of UT Austin in Music Composition & Theory. He has composed soundtracks for short films and video games and classical works for chamber groups and large ensembles and he continues to elevate and inspire the musical community.

Voice

Alicia received her Bachelor of Music with a concentration in Vocal Performance from the University of the Incarnate Word. She sings with her church choir and has sung with with the San Antonio Chamber Choir, Incarnate Word Chorale, and Incarnate Word Chamber Chorale. She wishes to give her students another way to interpret the world through music.

Sarah studied at Trinity University and received her Bachelor’s degree in Music and Master’s degree in Music Education. She has performed across the globe including but not limited to Carnegie Hall in New York, Austria, and China. Sarah prioritizes sight reading, theory, tone quality, and creative expression.
