Nicholas Jimenez is a pianist, composer, and educator based in Austin, Texas. With over a decade of performance and teaching experience, he has appeared as a soloist, collaborator, and accompanist in the U.S., Europe, and Asia, earning top prizes in competitions such as the Hong Kong International Music Festival and the White Nights International Piano Festival in St. Petersburg, Russia. Nicholas holds a B.M. from San Diego State University and an M.M. from the University of Texas at Austin, where he is currently pursuing his Doctorate of Musical Arts.
Passionate about both classical repertoire and contemporary works, he regularly premieres his own compositions and those of fellow composers and maintains a thriving private teaching studio alongside positions at Northside Music School and Orpheus Academy of Music.
